Founder, LGP Consultancy
With extensive experience recruiting exclusively within the power and M&E sectors, Leon Grimes founded LGP Consultancy to offer something different: a recruitment partner with genuine technical understanding of the industries he serves.
Having spent his career placing professionals into roles spanning power generation, transmission and distribution, HV infrastructure, and mechanical and electrical building services, Leon has built a network of trusted relationships across the sector. From site engineers and commissioning leads to project managers and commercial directors, he has placed talent at every level.
LGP Consultancy was established on a simple principle: quality over quantity. Leon works consultatively with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand the technical requirements of each role and the career ambitions of every professional he speaks to.
